We have strong supplier relationships and we’re happy to recommend providers of fixtures, appliances, custom cabinetry and more. During the quoting stage, we’ll share this list with you, answer any questions and affect an introduction.
Yes. We take care of everything for you.
If you’ve already chosen a cabinet designer, we can collaborate with them and ensure the rest of your kitchen design fits and suits those cabinets. If you’re considering custom cabinetry, we have a preferred woodworker we’ll refer you to and bring his proposal into your estimate.
The length of your kitchen, bathroom, or basement renovation depends on the scope of work but many kitchen renos can be completed in approximately three to six months and simple basement renovations can take as little as one month. Your detailed estimate ensures you have a sense of the project schedule and we’re sticklers for adhering to that schedule. Having such an outstanding and longstanding trades team helps us deliver on those promises!
We leave the ordering of appliances to you the homeowner, and we let the appliance store install your appliances.. We’ll account for those steps in the schedule
We encourage you to order your appliances right away so our plumber and electrician has those specs—and to help ensure they arrive on time.
